Alan Meverden

Alan Scott Meverden, 60, Green Bay, passed away peacefully at his home with Bonnie at his side on October 10, 2023. He was born April 30, 1963 to the late LeRoy Meverden and Janet (Process) Meverden. Al loved life and took pride in his work. He yearned to return to his job at Superior Sewer & Water, Inc. He enjoyed working in the yard and had a passion for blowing leaves in the fall.

Al is survived by Bonnie Kinjerski, his significant other of 18 years; daughters Kristi Meverden, Coleman and Chelsey Meverden, Oconto Falls; grandchildren Mark III, Braxton, Abel, Dawson, Noel, and Brent Lee with baby sister Autumn Rayne on the way; sisters Barbara (Chad) Vandenbusch, Wendy (Steve)Kuske, Julie (Don) Hazaert, Pamela Rausch; brother Patrick (Laura) Meverden; nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles; Bonnie’s family Amy, Ben, Dale, Stacy, Luke, McKenna, Tim, Angie, garage buddies Chase and Max. Al was preceded in death by brother Terry Meverden, brother-in-law Tom Rausch, and granddaughter Ariel.

The family wishes to thank the many exceptional medical staff at HSHS St. Vincent Hospital, Aurora BayCare Medical Center, in Green Bay and Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center, Milwaukee. Also special appreciation for the gentle care from Unity Hospice. To honor Al's wishes there will be no memorial service. A private burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Green Bay.
