Andrew M. Surk Jr.

Andrew M. Surk, Jr., 76, Luxemburg, passed away on June 17, 2014, at Aurora hospital in Green Bay, with his wife, Paulette, at his side. He enjoyed camping, fishing, golfing, and playing his button accordion. Most of all, he cherished times spent with his friends.

Andy is survived by his wife, Paulette Surk; four brothers, Stanley, Frank, John, and Billy; three children, Sallie (Steve) Jerovetz, Andrew "Mick" (Kerry) Surk, III, and Ken Surk; five step-children, Dave Becker, Cheryl Kaster, Debbie Briggs, Christine LaCrosse, and Dan Becker; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Anna Surk; and one brother, Joe Surk.

There will be a celebration of Andy's life on September 6, 2014 at 12:00 pm at Quietwoods South Camping Resort in Brussels, WI.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established in Andy’s name at Simply Cremation, 243 N. Broadway, Green Bay, WI, 54303.
