Barbara L. (Mennen) Palmer, 62, DePere, passed away Thurs. Nov. 27, 2014, while at the Jack and Engrid Meng Residence of Unity Hospice. Born December 4, 1951, she is the daughter of Oliver Mennen and the late Arlene Ziesemer. She is survived by her father, Oliver Mennen, brothers and sisters, and other relatives and friends. There are no public services planned at this time.
