Barbara J. Pfefferkorn

Barbara Pfefferkorn, age 67, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, September 5th. Barbara shared 36 years of marriage with her husband, Jim. She was a devoted mother to her son, James (Samantha) Pfefferkorn Jr. and daughter, Brianne (Nicholas) LaBlanc, and a cherished stepmother to her stepson, Branden (Analisa) Pfefferkorn and stepdaughter, Karis (Chris) Kuckleburg. 

She was a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life. Barbara’s love for gingerbread decor was well-known, bringing her much happiness.

Barbara’s legacy of love and kindness will be remembered fondly by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband and children - and all of her grandchildren: Leo LaBlanc; Adelaide & Vivian Pfefferkorn; Lucia, Eva & Benjamin Pfefferkorn; and James & John Kuckleburg. She is survived also by two sisters: Debbie (Louis) Rizzo and Mary (Peter) Webster; and by many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon & Patricia Dunlap, and sister, Susan Toch.

A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
