Barbara "Bobbie Rae" Ragen

Barbara “Bobbie Rae” Ann Ragen, 56, passed away Sunday evening, July, 21, 2019, at home with family at her side. Born November 11, 1962, in Oconto, WI, she is the daughter of the late Dudley and Sue Ragen.
Bobbie is survived by two children, Billie Jean Sparrey (Ragen) and Jessica Rae Sencial (Ragen), two grandchildren, Arlyn and Soren Sparrey, four brothers and sisters, Constance “Corky” Burns (Ragen), Dudley Ragen, Brian “toad” Ragen, and Lisa Garrigan (Ragen); nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Cynthia “Nell” Black(Ragen) ; and a brother, Randy “Rat” Ragen
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 3rd, 2019, at the home of Dick and Lisa Garrigan, starting at 2pm.
