Beverly Feldhausen, 90, of Green Bay, passed away on January 16, 2025, at the Meng Residence of Unity Hospice. Bev was born to the late William Millard and Alice (Reiling) Burks in Louisville, KY, on October 6, 1934. She attended Shawnee High School (Louisville, KY) and the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she met her future husband Karl David Feldhausen, of Green Bay, WI. They were married in June 1956. Bev served the community through her involvement with The Green Bay Service League, Heritage Hill State Park and the Green Bay Antiquarian Society. She cherished her Kentucky heritage and enjoyed sharing it with family and friends. Bev enjoyed their cottage, traveling in their motorhome and spending winters in Arizona. She had visited all 50 states.
She is survived by her son Steven, of Green Bay, WI, her son Alan (Susan Ziegler), of Oak Hill, VA, her grandchildren Allison, Alexander, Elizabeth (Joshua Jablonski) and former daughter-in-law, Kathy. Bev was preceded in death by her parents, her husband David, and her brothers William M. Burks, Jr. and Archie Roy Burks.
At a later date, a private service will be held at the Fort Howard Cemetery Chapel, Green Bay, WI, with burial following.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Unity Hospice of Green Bay or a charity of your choice. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Linda Krouse and the staff of Unity Hospice.
