Carla M. Steffens

officiatiaCarla M. Steffens, 60, of Oconto Falls, passed away unexpectedly on March 6, 2025. Carla was born on May 5, 1964, to Patricia and Maynard Steffens.

Carla was a caregiver throughout her life as a Personal Care Worker and Certified Nursing Assistant.

Carla had a love for her family, especially enjoying the company of her nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was also an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Above all, Carla cherished her two "kids,” her dogs, Molly and Peaches, who brought her immense joy and comfort.

She is survived by her sister Cindy Kuehn, her brother Maynard (“George”) Steffens, both of Appleton and her sister Cathy (Russell) Strom of Oconto Falls. Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Carla was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia and Maynard Steffens; her sister, Carmen Steffens; and a brother-in-law, Roger (Cindy) Kuehn.

The family will hold a funeral mass on March 24 2025 at 9:00 am at St. Anthony Church, 253 N Franklin St, Oconto Falls, WI with Fr. Walter Stumpf officiating. A celebration of life will be held at a later date this summer.
