Carol Jean Kollman

Carol Jean Kollman, 95, Green Bay, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Sage Meadow of De Pere. Born March 12, 1928, in Green Bay, she is the daughter of the late William and Evelyn (Schmidt) Bartlett. She married John Robert Kollman in 1946. Carol started cooking professionally at the age of 14, cooked at numerous local supper clubs and retired as the chef at the Carlton. Carol will be remembered as an avid swimmer and a lover of nature. 

Carol is survived by two sons, John Kollman III and Bruce Kollman; grandchildren, John Kollman IV, Sarah Kluth and Kory Michael Kollman; one sister, Linda (Michael) Noel; her adopted daughters, Karen and Chris; and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Robert Kollman; granddaughter, Jennifer Rose Kollman; sister, Sandy Bartlett; and brother, Jim Bartlett.

Per Carol's request, there will be no formal services held. Carol will be laid to rest in Fort Howard Memorial Park Mausoleum along with her husband, Jack.
