Chaz (Carlito) Pichette

November 1, 1989 — August 6, 2016

Charlton (Chaz/Carlito) James Toca Pichette, born November 1, 1989 in Cusco, Peru as Juan Carlos Huamani Toca, died August 6, 2016. He graduated from Shorewood High School in 2008. He was enrolled in MATC’s Environmental Health and Water Quality Program.

Chaz is survived by his parents, Geno and Betsy (Swan) Pichette, his sister Jackie (Brad) and nephew, Santiago; his sister Leslie and brother Daniel all of Shorewood. He also leaves his paternal grandmother, Beverly Pichette of De Pere, along with numerous loved aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Pat Pichette, his grandparents, James (Jimmy) Pichette, George and Mary Ellen (Linnane) Swan, and adopted Grandmother, Bee Wagner.

There are many wonderful qualities we will miss, but most of all his beautiful heart.

Family and friends may gather on Thursday, August 11th in casual attire for the Celebration of Chaz’s life at the Congregation of the Great Spirit, 1000 W. Lapham Blvd., Milwaukee. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. followed by a 3:00 p.m. service officiated by Father Ed Cook.
