Dana A. Chiaramonte

Dana Chiaramonte, 56, of DePere, Wisconsin passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on November 8th, 2024, after a 3-year battle with breast cancer.

Dana was born in Kimberly, Wisconsin on January 29th, 1968, to LeRoy and Marlene (Edler) Lehman. Dana graduated from Lincoln High School in Manitowoc, Wisconsin and moved to Florida to start a family of her own.

Dana is survived by her mother, Marlene; her younger sister Stacey (Adam) Kreuter; her younger brother Christopher (Angie) Lehman; her 5 children, Nicholas (Brooke) Fauble, Amanda (Caylan) Pickford, Amber (Dustin) Lemieux, Kirsten Kuhn and Arianna Chiaramonte. Dana had many grandchildren she was extremely proud of, Liam, Conner, Jaxon, Dallas, Dax, Juniper & Axyl. Dana was also awaiting the arrival of another grandchild expected in February 2025 as well as a Great Grandchild also in 2025; her nieces Alea (Jonah) Good, Cammi Kreuter; nephews Bryce Kreuter, Christopher Lehman and great nephew Jaxson Good.

She is preceded in death by her father, LeRoy, her husband Michael, Grandparents, Great Grandparents as well as many aunts and uncles.

The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice, especially Terry, Dana's nurse for putting a smile on her face with every visit. We also want to thank the "2 Patti's", Dana's great friends, for spending her last days with her.

Dana's Memorial will be held on Saturday, December 7th at Faith Lutheran Church on 601 E. Glendale Ave in Appleton. Visitation will be from 12pm-2pm, Service at 2pm, and light snacks and fellowship to follow.
