Daniel “Driver Johnson” J. Johnson, 61, Denmark, shifted gears through the gates of heaven on April 10, 2017. Born on October 7, 1955, in Omaha, Nebraska, he is the son of Robert and Mary Jane (Hulstrom) Johnson. Dan worked for 40 years in cross-country trucking. He enjoyed fishing, trucking, and hunting, listening to music, and spending time with Phyllis’ grandkids.
Dan is survived by one son, Jeremy Johnson; eight siblings, Fr. Wayne Joachium Johnson, Trapist, Kentucky, Thomas Johnson, Boscobel, Jeffrey Johnson, Neenah, Bonnie Weikil, Boscobel, Michael (Vicky) Johnson, Appleton, Mary Paterson, Appleton, Joseph Johnson, Boscobel, and Patty Calender-Clifford, Tallahassee, FL; his parents; significant other of 25 years, Phyllis Kramer, Denmark; Phyllis' children; and special friend “daughter,” Kristy Reynolds, Two Rivers.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Frances Birth.
Memorial Service will take place at Immaculate Conception Church, 405 E Le Grand Street, Boscobel, WI on Thursday, April 20th at 11 A.M. Simply Cremation assisted the family with cremation services, 431-0100.
