Daniel Arthur Mueller, Sr., 79, Maribel, passed away at home, Tuesday, April 28, 2015. He was born January 21, 1936, in Milwaukee to Herbert and Alice (Heilman) Mueller. Danny met Diane Rutzinski when they were both employed at Empire Level Corp. and were later married on April 16, 1955. Danny and Diane lived in several Wisconsin communities during their 60 year marriage, including Wauwatosa, West Allis, Sussex, Port Washington, Germantown, Lannon, Fillmore, St. Lawrence, Herman, Nenno, Campbellsport, Rosholt, Green Bay, and Maribel. He retired in 1991 from a life-long career of driving semi for a number of different trucking companies. Danny was an expert handyman and spent much of his free time fixing up his houses, cars, toys, as well as his children’s projects. When he could find the time, he enjoyed camping, boating, hunting, fishing and classic western movies.
Danny is survived by his wife, Diane; daughter, Susan (Wesely); sons, Michael (Gisela), Green Bay, Ricky (Sue), Denmark, David (Mary), Plover, Daniel, Jr. (Tara), Kellnersville, and Tony, Manitowoc; daughter-in-law, Inga (Orlando, FL); brothers, Wayne, Herbert, and Stuart; sisters, Judy, Bonnie, Pat, Jenny, Alice, Jeanie, and Joanie; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Daniel, Jr. and Clint; and a sister, Cathy.
In keeping with Daniel’s wish, there will not be any remembrance services.
