Darlene Pagel

Darlene Pagel unexpectedly passed away at the age of 73 on Wednesday June 16, 2021. Darlene was born on May 26,1948 in Iola, Wi. Daughter of the late Henry E Pagel and Verna M (Pelzer) Pagel. She was a 1966 graduate from Neenah High School and went on to further her education at Fox Valley Technical college to become a LPN and in 1980 a degree in computer science. She was employed at Theda Clark hospital for 38 ½ years before she retired in 2006. She then worked for several nurse rental agencies for a few years. She also worked every other weekend at Valhaven nursing home for a year. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, cooking and crossword puzzles. Some of her hobbies were collecting cookie cutters, cookbooks and her mouse collection. She had a love for animals. Her pride and joy was her son chad. Who was always there for her. They were not only mother and son but best friends. Her grandson Keegen was like his father when he was little. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren. She is survived by her son...
