David Johnson, 75, Green Bay, passed away April 23, 2016. Born on March 13, 1941, he is the son of the late Claude and Angeline Johnson.

Survived by three brothers, Jim, Steve (Emily), and Sam (Jean); two sisters, Claudia (Dan) Zitlow, and Wendy (Rick) Bloedorn.

Preceded in death by son, Terry; sister, Joan Melotte and a brother, Danny.

Per his wishes no formal services will take place.
