David James Schuettpelz

David “Shoupe” Schuettpelz, 45, Green Bay, died unexpectedly on July 12, 2016. Born on April 21, 1971, Green Bay, he is the son of Edna “Susie” and the late James Schuettpelz. David had a passion for music, and he enjoyed listening to everything from gospel to heavy metal. He also loved riding his motorcycle in his younger years. David enjoyed cooking, and cherished times spent outdoors watching wildlife and going rafting.

David is survived by his loving mother, Susie, Sobieski; three siblings, Angela (Troy) Wilson, Krakow, Lori Schuettpelz, Pulaski, and Daniel Schuettpelz (special friend, Misty Erdman), Little Suamico; grandmother, Florence Birr, Oconto Falls; nieces and nephews, Tyler, Alexus, Kolin, and Amber; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and family friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Schuettpelz; his grandparents, Lester (Clara) Schuettpelz, and Alvin Birr; and one uncle, George Birr.

Visitation at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 3374 County Rd C, Oconto Falls-Town of Morgan, Saturday, July 16, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11:30 a.m., with a luncheon to follow. Simply Cremation is assisting the family with services, (920) 431-0100.
