Douglas L. Sievert, 64, Green Bay, died Monday, August 1, 2016, at a local hospital. Born February 11, 1952, in Geneva, NE to Gerald and Loretta (Gillham) Sievert. He graduated from Fairmont High School in 1971. Doug moved to Green Bay in 1987. He met Paula Wickman in 1993 and the couple was married on June 1, 1996.
