Duaine “Jipper” E. Allard, 87, passed away peacefully with family by his side at the Jack and Engrid Meng Residence at Unity Hospice Friday, January 3rd, 2025. He was born October 31st, 1937 in Green Bay to Lester and Leona (Dolan) Allard.
Jipper proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1956-1960 on the cutter, Evergreen. After being honorably discharged, Jipper worked for Kitslaar Painting. On April 27th, 1968 Jipper married Lois Ferguson. Jipper worked at Green Bay Packaging before retiring in 1999.
Jipper is survived by his daughter Tammy (Adam) Lubin, son Chad (Juanita) Allard, granddaughter Kaley Allard and her boyfriend, Adam; brother-in-law Bob (Linda) Ferguson, and sister-in-law Joelle Ferguson.
Jipper was preceded in death by his wife, parents, his 11 brothers and sisters, many nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law Pat (Jerry) Selissen, Joyce (Ken) O’Dell and brother-in-law Fred Ferguson.
Jipper enjoyed working with his hands; whether it was tinkering in the garage, or on one of his many woodworking projects, he was always busy. Jipper’s greatest joy was spending time in Door County and at Lautenbach’s Orchard Country Winery.
Per Jipper’s request, there will be no formal service. A celebration of life is scheduled for Sunday March 2nd from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ashwaubenon Community Center (900 Anderson Dr.)
