Ethel Mae Berg

Ethel Mae Berg passed away at Sharon Richardson Hospice on Saturday December 9th. Ethel was born June 12th, 1923 in Sheboygan Falls, WI, the daughter of Arne and Olga (Bunke) Anderson. Ethel was a lifelong resident of Sheboygan Falls and a graduate of Sheboygan Falls High School class of 1941. Ethel worked in the office of the Wisconsin Oil Refinery where she met LeRoy Berg, also an employee of the refinery. They were married on February 9, 1952. Leroy passed away on March 11, 1993. For over 40 years Ethel was a member of the Lutheran World Relief Quilters at First United Lutheran Church in Sheboygan. Ethel was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls. Ethel is survived by her two grandsons, David and Aaron (Cali) Berg .and several nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her husband Leroy, son David and her brother and his wife, Arne and Violet Anderson . We would like to thank Ethel’s neighbors, Mary, Linda and Dave for their kindness to Ethel and all the wonderful things they always did to help her as she got older. Per Ethel’s wishes, a private family service will be held at the burial site.
