Gerald Grzeskowiak age 75 Hobart. He died.
This is what Jerry would have told you he wanted for his obituary. He was a man of few words.
Jerry died peacefully on September 10, 2018 surrounded by family in the comfort of his home. The son of the late Anton and Helen (Baranczyk) Grzeskowiak was born on July 6, 1943 in the City of Milwaukee.
Jerry graduated from Pulaski High School in 1961. On January 2, 1962 he enlisted in the United States Air Force. Jerry took great pride in serving his country and enjoyed traveling to many countries until his discharge in 1966 with the rank of Staff Sargent. After service, Jerry became a TV Repair Technician and worked for several area businesses until he started his own TV Sales & Service business. Jerry sold KAGE TV Sales & Service in Pulaski in 1987 due to health concerns. Jerry then enjoyed his remaining career in the printing industry working for Moore Response as a troubleshooter and electronic technician until his retirement in 2001 due to debilitating medical issues.
After retirement Jerry enjoyed landscaping for his children and neighbors. Jerry took great love and pride developing beautiful yards with his children for the sake and enjoyment of the family; especially his grandchildren. Jerry enjoyed life and loved to hunt deer and ride around on his tractor. He also loved going to auctions and dining out with the kids and grandkids. Jerry loved and cherished his family and enjoyed watching his kids and grandkids grow while helping them and giving them projects to do around the house and yard.
Survivors include his three children; Kelly, Gerald and Anthony; four grandchildren Chantel, Kaylee, Madeline and Kasey. Jerry is also survived by his two siblings and their families; Diane & Don Murdzek and Alvin & Dorothy Grzeskowiak. He was preceded in death by his parents Antone & Helen (Baranczyk) Grzeskowiak.
