Jackie Teteak, 64, Green Bay, died peacefully at a local hospice home on October 9, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Born on February 8, 1950, Oconto Falls, she is the daughter of Audrey Ann (Harley) and the late Bill Teteak. Jackie was employed by the Green Bay Public Schools for over 30 years as a custodian. She had a passion for her cats, or as she called them, “her kids.” Jackie cherished times spent in her garden.
Jackie is survived by her loving daughter, Rachel (Aaron) Gildernick, Green Bay; one grandson, Garrett Brosig; mother, Audrey Teteak, Oconto Falls; two sisters, Janice Emerson, Oconto Falls, Gail Teteak Hultmann, Minneapolis; two nephews and one niece, Jason Emerson, Nikka Emerson, and Zachary Hultmann; and her former spouse, Dan Greeley, Suamico.
She was preceded in death by her father; and one brother-in-law, Benny Emerson.
Visitation in the Cornerstone Foundation Hall at the Green Bay Botanical Gardens, 2600 Larsen Road, Friday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Celebration of Jackie's life 3:00 p.m. Friday in the hall with Chaplain Larry Marto officiating. Simply Cremation is assisting the family with services, 431-0100.
