James (Jim) Albert Lewis

James (Jim) Albert Lewis, age 76, passed away in his home, after fighting an illness, Sunday August 27th, 2017.
Jim was born on November 25th, 1940 in Lawton, Oklahoma the son of Evan Albert Lewis and Ruth Lorine Ketchum Lewis.
Jim attended primary school in Adams, Wisconsin and went on to enlist and serve our country in the National Guard of Wisconsin, Army Reserve, Navy Reserve and completing his Armed Forces serving on the USS Hanson with the United States Navy where he received multiple commendations.
Jim is survived by his wife Ana Marlene (57), his sister Gay Paes, Atlanta, GA, sister Jeannie (Patrick) Doyle, Brodhead, WI, brother Richard Klein, Dallas, TX, sons Steven (Lori) Lewis and Michael (Dawn) Lewis, daughter Julia Warne all of DeForest, WI, his grandchildren Amanda, Trey, Devin, Hayden and Kian a great grandaughter Judith, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Jim was preceded in death by an infant brother, his father, mother, wife Judith Vosberg, sisters Joy Evans and Cheri Caldwell.
Services and burial will be private per Jim's request. Memorial contributions may be made to Mrs. Ana Marlene Lewis in lieu of flowers.
