Jeanne M. Picard, 81, Bellevue, passed away Monday morning, January 6, 2020, at her home with her daughter and son-in-law at her side. Born September 12, 1938 in DeKalb, IL, she is the daughter of the late Donald and Zita (Barr) Moore. She married Donald Picard and he preceded her in death on June 17,2014.
Jeanne is survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Roy) Leyendecker, Bellevue; grandson, Luke (Lori) Brueggeman and a great granddaughter, Abigail Brueggeman, all of Blue River, WI; sister, Donna (Gary) Copper, Denton, TX; and a nephew, Mike Pheanus, Florida.
Jeanne will be laid to rest along with her husband, Don, in the Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
Private family services were held with Simply Cremation Green Bay serving the family.
