Kathleen Marie Malek

Kathleen "Kathy" Malek, 60, Wausaukee, passed away peacefully, Saturday, July 15, 2023.. Born August 15, 1962, in Marinette, she is the daughter of Judith (McVane Panske) Wilke and the late Herman Panske. Kathy is a 1980 graduate of Wausaukee High School. She married Ray Malek on September 27, 1980, and he preceded her in death on September 19, 2010. Kathy was a dedicated mother and wife, staying home to raise her three boys. She will be remembered as a lady who never said a malicious word, unless her Packers were not performing as she wished. Kathy enjoyed flower gardening, all animals and the many birds near her home.

Kathy is survived by her three sons and two daughters-in-law, Josh (Jess) Malek, Porterfield, Nathan (Tanya) Malek, Marinette and Chris Malek, Marinette; four granchildren, Madison, Ella, Bentley and Kora; mother, Judith Wilke, Wausaukee; sister, Annette (Stewart) Bedward, Porterfield; brother, Nick (Lori) Panske, Canada; and her special friend, Jeff Kloskowski; other friends and relatives. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Herman Panske; step-father, Lawrence Wilke; husband, Ray; brother, Wayne Panske; and her in-laws, Raymond and Joyce Malek.

There will be a Celebration of Kathy's Life on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at The Kickback, N7235 Shady Lane Drive, Porterfield from noon until 4pm.
