Linda Erb

Linda L. Erb, 73, Green Bay, Beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother, & Great-Grandmother passed away on February 27, 2017. Linda was born on April 21, 1943 in Escanaba, MI. to the late Alvin & Laura (Derusha) Colson.

She worked her adult life as an accountant/cashier/homemaker & saintly mother as she bore 2 girls and raised 11 children. Her first marriage to the late Gerald Allen Groff produced her daughters Laura Anne Groff-Guy Adams and Kathaleen Marie (Groff) - Robert Chrappa.
Her second marriage to the late Delbert E. Tipler brought her 5 more children: Donald, Judy, Randall, Thomas, & Timothy Tipler. During this time she took in several family members as well: Dennis, Dale, & Jodi L.(Colson) Jenkins. Her third marriage to the late Terry L. Erb brought her a stepson: Joey Erb. Once she retired and the kids were gone, the many grand kids came along. Laura had 5 children: Johnathan M. Paulk who preceded her in death at age 25, Jessica Lee (Paulk)- Eric Daniels, Bradley Allen Paulk, Anne Marie Groff, Brenden D. Colson. Kathaleen gave her two grand puppies: Jasper Lee and Kayley Marie Chrappa. She was blessed with 9 great-grand kids whom she loved dearly, she loved being "G.G.", and spending as much time as possible with her family and grand kids. She also loved to read, play bingo, bake with her great-granddaughter (Allyiah), gardening, crossword puzzles, and playing the slots.

Linda was survived by her siblings: Margaret (Colson)- Norbert Miller, David -(Linda) Colson, Darrel -(Annie) Colson, Dennis Colson, Dale -(Judy) Colson and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by siblings Del L. & Daniel L. Colson.
