Linda D. Ericson

Linda D. Ericson (Kangas), 68, passed away peacefully August 8, 2023.  She was born August 20, 1954, to the late Clarence and Laverne (Kratz) Kangas at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.  Linda worked and retired from JBS formerly Packerland Packing where she worked in Security.  Linda married her late husband Kenneth, March 7, 2002. Where they spent many years going to car shows and enjoying scooter rides together. Linda also enjoyed going to bingo with her friends, keeping a garden at home and spoiling all the dogs she’s had over the years. 

Survivors include her sons, Richard Allen, Hortonville; Aaron Allen, Kewaunee; Grandchildren Austin A.J. Allen (Richard); Raelyn Allen (Aaron). Sister in Law Patricia Kangas (Leo),Virginia, Nephews Brian (Rhonda) Kangas, North Carolina, Timothy Kangas, Georgia, Darrel Kangas, Virginia.

Linda was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth, Mother, Father, brothers Leo, and, Gerald (In infancy).  She was also preceded in death by many of her dogs, whom of which she’s had over the years. All of them were like children to her. 

Our family wishes to thank the staff at Unity Hospice for all their help throughout this time. We would also like to thank our dearest friends/neighbors Pat and Tara Carlson, Jeanie Dahlke, Sandy Mutchler, and, Carrie Jo Hunt for all their help as well, through this time.

In lieu of a formal funeral, we will be holding a celebration of life Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Bruemmer Park from 12pm-3:00pm.
