Mark Walz

Mark Albert Walz passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at his home in the
arms of his wife Annette and son Timothy.

Mark was born on June 5, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois to Albert and Marjorie Walz.
He was a loving and devoted husband to his wife Annette and a good father and
provider to his two sons Timothy and Christopher.

Before moving to Appleton, Wisconsin to start his family, Mark was an avid
sports fan, from baseball and football to Nascar. He also loved his music, from
listening to Jazz and blues music to playing his Gibson guitar. His favorite hobby
was flying his little Grumman airplane called “Carrot“.

Mark is survived by his wife, Annette and their two sons, Timothy and
Christopher, his sister Lou-Mae, her husband Dr Paul Russo and their three
daughters Laura, Amanda, Emily and son Henry. He was preceded in death by
his parents and two younger brothers, David and Michael Walz. 

Mark dedicated his life to Jehovah God when he was baptized in 2013 and was a
faithful member of the South Appleton congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. A
memorial Service will be held at 6:30 pm on Monday, June 5, 2023 at the
Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2909 N Roemer Rd, Appleton, WI.
Visitation will begin at 5:30pm followed by the memorial service. You can also

Mark’s family would like to express their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all of his
many friends at the Kingdom Hall, especially Bruce Goyette for all his help and
assistance during their time of bereavement.
