Martin "Marty" Parczick, Jr.

Martin “Marty” Parczick, Jr., 63, Green Bay, formerly of Middle Inlet, passed away, Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, while at a Green Bay hospital. Born on March 15, 1952, in Marinette, he is the son of the late Martin and Agnes (Lucas) Parczick. Marty is a graduate of Crivitz High School and St. Norbert College. He is a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. Marty had a great appreciation for birds of all kinds, especially tropical birds. He will be remembered as a kind, gentle, quiet man that loved all animals.
Marty is survived by his companion of 20 years, Cathy Smithwick; four siblings, Bruce Parczick of Green Bay, Sharon Meyer of New Mexico, DyAnn (Don) Buechler of South Carolina, and Debi (Charlie) Nitka of Green Bay; and nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Marty’s wishes, a private service was held. Simply Cremation, Green Bay, is serving the family.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be directed to the World Vision Fund, Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary in Green Bay, or RoseBerry Bird Rescue of Neenah.
