Mary K. (Zegers) Carver

Mary K. (Zegers) Carver, 71, passed away peacefully at her home in De Pere on October 31. She always had a kind word and friendly smile. She was born in Green Bay on June 22, 1953 to parents Harold and Hildegard (Rosencranz) Zegers. She graduated from Green Bay East High School and attended UWGB. 

Mary is survived by her loving husband Chuck; sons Nathan and Jason, and Jason’s wife Jen (with whom Mary had a special bond). She is further survived by her brother Bob (Lynn); sister Kathy Rein (Tom); sister Diane Dauphinais; twin brother Hank (Lisa Calbe); sister Carol; many nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and grand dogs. Mary and Chuck also have many special friends.

There will be a celebration of her life at the Swan Club in De Pere on Thursday, November 21st from 3-6pm. Mary was the best wife, mom, sister, and friend. She will be missed by many. “To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world” (unknown).
