Mary Ann C. Allen

Mary Ann Allen, 68, of Manitowoc WI, passed away on Wednesday September 25, 2024 at St Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay WI.

Mary Ann was born October 25, 1955 in Chicago IL to Stephen and Celia Zdanowski and spent her childhood in Evanston IL. She attended Evanston High School. After graduating high school she worked for the library system in the suburbs of Chicago. She met Bruce L Allen and they were married on July 6, 1991 and moved to Farwell MI.

 Mary Ann had two children, Lori (Jesse) Harris of Springfield IL and Steven (Katrina) Allen of Two Rivers WI. She also had three grandchildren Jesse “Justin” and Matthew Harris and Alice Allen. Mary Ann has a sister in law Eileen Zdanowski, two nephews John R (Wendy) Zdanowski, Peter (Carol) Zdanowski, and one niece Katie (Logan) Mills. 

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband Bruce Allen, parents Stephen and Celia Zdanowski and brother John G Zdanowski.

The family of Mary Ann would like to sincerely thank all the doctors, nurses, techs, Altrusa Hospitality House, and Unity Hospice staff at St Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay WI for the care they had given Mary Ann her family during this time.

They family will have a small private ceremony at a later date. The family requests any charitable giving to go to the Altrusa Hospitality House in Green Bay WI.
