Michael James DeBoth, 74, Oconto, joined his loving wife in heaven on February 25th, 2022.
Mike was born on December 5th, 1947 to Earl & Loretta (Maes) DeBoth of Green Bay.
On June 13, 1970 he married the love of his life, Jo A. (Pasterski) DeBoth. Mike and Jo celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2020. They together enjoyed taking trips with family and friends, playing cards and riding horses.
Mike was a man of many talents. He was a cement finisher by trade. Mike enjoyed using his talents in helping friends and family through the building of furniture & homes, as well as assisting in the completion of outdoor projects.
Mike was well known for his ability to train hound dogs. One of his greatest accomplishments in hunting occurred in 1993 when he assisted in harvesting a 632# black bear in Glidden WI with his hounds. In 1978 Mike harvested an elk that scored 313 2/8th in Rio Blanco, Colorado with his Thompson Center 50 Cal. muzzleloader. He still holds ranking with the elk in the Longhunter Society’s Muzzleloading Big Game Record Book.
Mike is lovingly remembered by his son, Marty; daughter-in law, Patty; grandchildren, Amanda, Nikita, Gabrielle and Elizabeth; sibling: Joyce (Jim) Zoll; brother-in-law: Dave Andre; sister-in-law: Theresa DeBoth; brother-in-law: Dennis (Doris) Pasterski; sister-in-law: Iris (Frank) Hamilton; sister-in-law: Julie Pasterski; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He is now reunited with his loved ones: parents, Earl & Loretta (Maes) DeBoth; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Earl and Minerva (Vickman) Pasterski; his sister: Nancy Andre; his Brother: Douglas DeBoth and brother-in-law; John Pasterski.
In respecting Mike`s final wishes, there will not be a formal funeral service.
