Michael C. Koch

Michael C. Koch, 56, Appleton, passed away on October 12, 2014, as the result of various health issues. Mike was a 12 year Veteran of the US Navy. He enjoyed bowling, golf, and cribbage. Many days you could find him watching most sports, playing backgammon, and sifting thru the many coins in his collection. He enjoyed nature, and especially the mountains. Mike loved to joke around and had a very kind and gentle spirit. He had a love of history and could recite many facts, but especially naval history.

Mike will be sadly missed by his wife, Karen Koch, Cincinnati, OH; mother, Faye Koch, Kimberly, WI; one sister Pam (Mark) Heling, Appleton; nephews, Eric, Rudie, and Travis Darboy; one aunt, Marilyn Stewart, Oshkosh ; and many cousins and friends.
