Muriel Peters

Muriel L. (Grosse) Peters, 83, Little Suamico, passed away suddenly May 31, following a short illness. She was born April 17, 1932, in Oconto, to Kenneth and Dorothy Grosse.

Her wit and humor and love will be sadly missed by her many friends and family. She had so many talents and skills. Many newlyweds will always remember starting out their married life with an exquisite hand knit afghan and she was very proud of the hundreds of warm caps and gloves she donated to the Salvation Army. She enjoyed her garden and had a great knowledge and love for the natural world.

She is survived by her three sons, Dave of Oconto, Mike of Green Bay, and Jim of Little Suamico; five grandchildren, Luke Peters, Jennifer Peters, Christi (Gus) Barlament, Renee Wolf, and Megan (Brian) Anhalt; four great grand grandchildren, Alexis, Addison, Ariana, and Hannah; one sister, Lynn Reed of Oconto and one brother, Ron (Karen) Grosse of Green Bay; many nieces and nephews.
