Nicole Braun

Nicole (Pollnow) Braun, 61, Green Bay, passed away on July 19, 2014, after a brave battle with breast cancer. Born on June 16, 1953, she is the daughter of the late Dr. Gilbert and Geneva Pollnow. Nicole graduated from Oshkosh West High School. She served in United States Air Force from 1973-1985. Nicole worked for OSHA in Appleton, WI, as an Industrial Hygienist before retiring in 1996. She loved downhill skiing, traveling, and animals. Nicole cared about the people around her and she will be greatly missed by her family. She is survived by her two children, Scott Barton, and Kelly Barton; one grandson, Mitchell Poppe; one brother, Steven Pollnow; many other friends, family, and fur children. Nicole was preceded in death by her parents. The family will be having a memorial service at a later date. Simply Cremation is assisting the family, (920) 431-0100.
