Pamela R. Fahnstrom

Pamela Ruth Fahnstrom, age “29”; 57, of Lakewood, WI passed away at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI on Thursday, May 26, 2016. Pam was born on December 11, 1958 to Walter and Jane Riebe. Pam was well known for her true servant’s heart and her willingness to help everyone she could. She lived a life devoted to caring for others and was deeply loved by many. She spent many years working at nursing homes and doing in-home care, and developed many friendships that lasted far beyond her work. Along with helping others, some of Pam’s favorite things were family, friends, hummingbirds, and lilacs.

Pam is survived by her husband, Francis Fahnstrom; her son, Josh (Amber) Riebe; daughters, Jessica Striepling; Allison Fahnstrom; and Amanda Fahnstrom; her grandchildren, Casey Riebe, Logan Riebe, Seth Riebe, Caleb Riebe, Micah Riebe, Alexandra Striepling, Nevaeh Striepling, and Elizabeth Christenson; as well as her siblings, Wendy (David) Tucker; Barbara (Eli) Fuller; Walter Riebe; and Jane (Ted) Tritten. Pam was preceded in death by both of her parents, Walter and Jane Riebe as well as her brother, William Riebe.

A memorial service to celebrate Pam’s life will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2016 with the wake beginning at 12:00 p.m. and the service at 1:00 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 15552 State Highway 32, Lakewood, WI.. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to help cover expenses.
