Patricia McNamee

Patricia “Pat” McNamee, 67, Green Bay, passed away peacefully at home April 8, 2016. Born on June 29, 1948, in Harvey, IL, she is the daughter of late James and Faye McKay. Pat was a 1966 graduate of Central High School in Grand Forks, ND. On December 10, 1967, she married her high school sweetheart, Terry McNamee. Pat worked at Sam’s club for 23 years before retiring in 2013. She enjoyed times spent with her family especially the grandchildren, and going to the casino.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Terry; three children, Tracy (Jeff) Akins of Phoenix, AZ, Tessa (Scott) Bitters of Green Bay, and Terry Jr. (Amy) McNamee of Green Bay; six grandchildren, Jackson and Colin Akins, Logan and Lauren Bitters, and Connor and Mallory McNamee; many other relatives and friends.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Duane McKay, and Alfred McKay.
To honor Pat’s wishes the family will be having a celebration of life gathering at a later date.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Warren at Green Bay Oncology, and Unity Hospice especially Ashley and Robin for their care and special attention they provided for Pat.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the American Cancer Society or the Kidney Foundation in Pat’s name would be greatly appreciated.
