Paul Edwin Richter, 79, passed away on October 3, 2021. Paul was born on October 17, 1941 to Harvey and Ruth (Kuehlmann) Richter. He attended Kohler High School, graduating in 1960. He then attended Stevens Point, graduating in 1964. Paul and Kathleen (Krebsbach) were married on March 13, 1976 at St John the Baptist Church in Plymouth.
Paul started teaching for Benton School District, then Sheboygan Falls High School. He operated The Club House in Sheboygan. He worked for Borden Cheese in Plymouth. He then worked for JL French, retiring in 2004. One of his greatest joys was making Mini Donuts. He was an avid sports fan, played football, baseball, and an avid bowler. A fan of the Brewers, Packers, and Bucks. Watching his children play sports was a great joy to him. He enjoyed going to Pizza Ranch every Wednesday with Gene and Dick and playing cards twice a month at Kims 5 Corners.
Paul is survived by his wife, Kathleen; children, Dawn (Jim) Schlegel, Paige Kiernan, Shannon (Kori) Richter, Travis Richter, Jason Richter, Christopher (Sarah) Richter, and Eric Richter; 15 Grandchildren, Kala (Jake) Zornow, Carissa(Danny) Barnes, Breanne (Eric) Knocke, Ryan (Mari) Richter, Molly Richter, Grace Richter, Caleb Schultz, Logan Richter, Kennedy Richter, Cecilia Richter, Roderick Richter, Christopher Richter, Uriah Richter, Ashton Richter, and Elianna Richter; 6 great grandchildren, Marilyn, Axtin, Quintin, Finn, Wren, and Baby Barnes due in February, Nate and Tim Yeager; sister, Pat Schoening; Sisters in law, Jeanne Krebsbach, Judy Krebsbach, Sandy Baumgartner, Mary Jane Krebsbach, and Diana (Ron) Ellison; special friends, Linda, Brett (Julie), Kayla, Patience Golding and Lori (Jason) Yeager.
He was preceded In death by his parents, Harvey and Ruth; In laws, Ruben and Alice; Brothers in law, Jacob, Robert, Kenneth, William Krebsbach and Richard Schoening and Robert Baumbartner.
Per Paul's wishes, cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Rochester Park (shelter house) in Sheboygan Falls starting at 1pm.
