Ronald “Ron” J. Frankwick, age 71, passed away while resting peacefully on Friday, August 3, 2018. He was born on March 19, 1947 in Marshfield to the late Oscar and Dorothy Frankwick. Ron graduated from Marshfield Senior High School in 1965. He attended U.W. Madison after completion of his service to our country in the U.S. Air Force. He worked in the automotive industry, where he sold electrical components for vehicles. Ron spent most of his time in Brighton, MI where his two kids were born.
Ron is survived by his two daughters: Alea (significant other, William) Frankwick and Kim (Victor) Onischenko; three grandchildren: Grant, Logan, Oscar, and a baby girl due in early January. Ron is further survived by six siblings: Donna (Mark) Malinowski, Candy Johnson, Diane Gordee, Gary Frankwick, Cheri (Keith) Cauwenbergh, and Janine Pauda; the mother of his children, Adele Ernst; his former wife and still good friend, Donna Kennedy; other relatives and friends.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, Bob Gordee.
A Celebration of Ron’s Life will take place in July of 2019.
