Roy T. Bryant

Roy T. Bryant, 58, Green Bay, passed away early Monday morning, May 30, 2016, at a local nursing home following a brief battle with cancer. Born Jan. 8, 1958, in Pennsylvania, he is the son of Roy Bryant and the late Vicky (Germaine) Torrey. Roy worked in customer service at the Oneida Casino. He will be remembered as a spots enthusiast, backing both his Philadelphia and Wisconsin teams, and also for his love of music and movies.

Roy is survived by his fiancée’, Barbara Porter; step-father, George Torrey, Suamico; two sisters, Jackie (Al) Carilo, Adams-Friendship, WI and Nancy (Brian) Bryant-Lynch, PA; his father, Roy Bryant, PA; former wife and best friend, Marilyn Bryant, Abrams; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his mother, Vicky; brother, Billy; and other relatives.

A private family service was held. Simply Cremation is serving the family.

A very special thank you is extended to Roy’s many friends and “buddies” who were always there for him; and the caring staffs of the Bellin Oncology Team, Golden Living, and Unity Hospice.
