Sandy left her earthly body on Sunday, May 19th, 2024 at the age of 50, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Sandy's loving husband Chris remained steadfast by her side. Sandy was born in Algoma, WI, on May 15, 1974, to parents Shirley Jensen (Aderman) and the late Richard Tiedtke. She graduated from Algoma High School in 1993. Shortly after, Sandy moved to Boscobel, WI, and Rolla, MO. It was during this time her faith was strengthened, and serving God became her focus and priority. She attended many woman's' retreats and weekly bible studies. She found solace in the relationships she made, and continued to have with the many wonderful women of faith. Sandy often said "My true hearts desire is for all to know Christ as their savior; and repent for their sins so we can all be in heaven". She continued to share that message to the very end. Her cancer journey began around 2003, and she decided to move back to her hometown to be with her family. She especially enjoyed spending time with her nephew Logan, babysitting him along with the additions of her niece Madelyn, and nephew Preston Borths, for nearly 10 years. Sandy also had a love for sports; especially basketball and football (Packers), and video games. It was through these passions that lead her to met her other half that completed her, Christopher Shawn Moss. They were married in Algoma in front of God and their family on October 23, 2015. They resided in Green Bay.
Chris brought so much laughter, love and joy to her. Always keeping her on her toes with his many little surprises and quips. Chris's trucking job allowed them to do some traveling together. Sandy enjoyed their time together, seeing the mountains, and meeting people. Through their journeys, Sandy and him made many new friends and visited his family. Sandy had a way with people, she could talk to anyone and make them feel special. She exuded much passion for life, enthusiasm, love, laughter and shared God's message with all. She always had a smile for you, a loud laugh and a voice all could hear. If you knew her, then you know. Sandy loved her cats, enjoyed bird watching, collecting dolphins, candles, liked flowers, butterflies and the color purple. She lived life to the fullest and on her terms. She was determined to see her nephew Logan graduate, and she did. Her stubborn attitude allowed her to celebrate Chris’s 50th birthday and her own 50th birthday which was truly a momentous occasion. Her faith, Chris, family, friends and relationships with others were her proudest joys. Though she was especially thankful for the unwavering love that Chris showed through the good and the bad. Sandy leaves behind a rich legacy filled with cherished memories, sincere laughter, and a family that will always remember her fondly for her faith in Christ Jesus.
