Sharon L. Wilson

Sharon L. Wilson, 76, Bellevue, died peacefully at her home on Dec. 27, 2017, surrounded by family. Born on March 4, 1941, in Denver Colorado, she is the daughter of the late Robert and Catherine (Findley) Henshaw. On March 13, 1971, she married Omar Wilson in Las Vegas, NV. Sharon worked at Copps Grocery Store on Lombardi for over 14 years as a cashier. She cherished raising children, even those that were not her own. Sharon also enjoyed cooking and baking, and her delicious meals will be missed by those who loved her. She was an avid Wonder Woman and Packers fan.

Sharon is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Omar; eleven children, Omar Wilson, Ret. Colonel Bryant Glando, Shannon Tilleman, Sean Maroney, Kathleen Wilson, Robert Wilson, Arthur Wilson, Christopher (Debbie) Wilson, Elizabeth Wilson, Misty (Scott) Snydle, and Lance Wilson; 19 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation at Sepia Chapel, 3562 Finger Road, Wednesday from 2-5 p.m. Life celebration 5:00 p.m. in the chapel. Simply Cremation and Funerals assisted the family with services, 431-0100.
