Thomas M Dean passed away on September 4, 2024 from injuries he sustained as a result of a traumatic industrial accident on August 20, 2024.

Tom was born to Michael Dean and Kathy (Dean) LaPlant on September 29,1969 in New London WI.

He graduated from Little Chute High School and attended Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Tom and his brother Mark discovered the sport of BMX racing and he and his family traveled many miles to race while making many friends with co-racers and their families. Both were very successful racers acquiring a whole room full of trophies.

He was a Field Coating Specialist and traveled all over in and out of the country painting water towers and tanks as well as various other painting jobs. He was owner of DCS Tanklining. He was a good, kind, smart, quiet man who liked doing things his way!

Tom will be a hero to many people in need as he was a registered Organ Donor and will be helping and saving many lives.

He is survived by his Life Partner Angel Gilbert, children Natasha Gmeiner-Dean, Matthew Dean, Granddaughter Zoe Jung, Mom Kathy and Step Dad Mark LaPlant, step brothers Scott (Jennifer) LaPlant, Tim LaPlant, step niece Trinity LaPlant, good friend of many years Doug Smestad, as well as many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his Dad Mike Dean, Brother Mark Dean, Grandparents, step nephew Nathaniel LaPlant, aunts uncles and cousins.

He will be laid to rest with his Dad and Brother at Floral Hill Cemetery in New London WI.

A Life Celebration will be held at a later date.

Tom, you will be will be sadly missed but never forgotten, all our love from your family and friends.
