Tom was born on March 23, 1941, to Ruth and Wilfred Hinrichs. He always wanted to fly so after his time in the Navy, he took lessons and went on to become a flight instructor and eventually work for the FAA as an Air Traffic Control Specialist in Milwaukee, then transferred to Green Bay. He married Amy on April 25, 1990, in Las Vegas, and built a home on the bay. The most fun Tom had was in Civil Air Patrol Oconto, then flying search missions for the Coast Guard Aux in Menominee, MI. Upon retiring, a Mooney airplane fulfilled his dreams.
Tom is preceded in death by his parents, brother Nick, and son, Carl.
Special thanks to Kenzie Fahler and Bellin cardiac staff for making his last days easier.
Heavenly Birthdays should be a real bash!
