Timothy "Tim" Maher

Tim Maher was born on May 17th, 1961 and went home to be with the Lord on September 27, 2024. After graduating high school Tim joined the Army and was a member of the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg North Carolina. He was blessed with twin boys Austin and Ian which he felt was his greatest gift from God . From the moment his boys were born he dedicated himself to raising his sons to love the Lord. He was a single father who provided for his boys by working at Greif Recycling.

He is survived by Austin and Ian, eight siblings, cousins, nephews, nieces, and a wonderful group of friends. Tim was the glue that kept the family together.

We would like to thank the 9th floor staff at St. Vincent's hospital for their graciousness and the utmost compassion that we received!

Tim's Celebration of Life will be held at North Chase Town Hall at 8481 County Rd S at 2:00 p.m. Saturday October 12th, 2024 . A light meal will be provided and if anyone would like to bring a dish to share that would be greatly appreciated!
