William "Bill" Christianson

William “Bill” Christianson, 98, of Green Bay died peacefully August 27, 2017 surrounded by his loving family at his home - Age Well Assisted Living. He was born September 30, 1918 in Forestville, WI, the son of William A Christianson and Hannah (Oenes) Christianson. Bill graduated from Sturgeon Bay High School in 1936. He proudly served his country as a member of the Army Air Corp during World War II. Bill met the love of his life, Imogene “Imie” Robbins of Muskogee, OK, in 1942. Bill and Imie were married 74 beautiful years. Most of his working career was spent in retail management, including many years at the Lee Store in DePere. Bill was the most loving and positive person whose family meant the world to him. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan, proudly watching Packer games at Old City Stadium and was an original season ticket holder.
